By submitting this form you warrant that the information provided herein is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are acting with the full authority of your club, that your club will abide by the Constitution, Rules and Regulations of the Pacific Coast Soccer League (the League) and will fulfill all obligations as laid down from time to time by the League Executive. You also agree to play on any park designated by the League and on dates and times scheduled by the League. League Entry and all other League Fees as required must be received by the League in full before any team may play in League games. In the event that a Club withdraws or fails to field a team the Entry Fee, and any other monies paid to the League by the Club may be forfeited to the League. New clubs or teams when accepted, are on probation for the first season.
