LEAGUE REGISTRATION FORM

All PCSL member clubs are required to complete and submit this form before the League AGM preceding the season for which you are registering.
All clubs must be properly affiliated with their provincial or state association. The PCSL will  take care of BCSA Affiliation for British Columbia based clubs. Clubs based outside British Columbia must provide evidence of their appropriate affiliation. Only one League Registration Form per member club need be submitted.
A separate Team Officials Form must be submitted every season by February for each team entered by a club.

Please complete the separate Team Officials form to provide coach and manager details for the League Directory for each of your teams. This information MUST be submitted not later than February.
By submitting this form you warrant that the information provided herein is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you are acting with the full authority of your club, that your club will abide by the Constitution, Rules and Regulations of the Pacific Coast Soccer League (the League) and will fulfill all obligations as laid down from time to time by the League Executive. You also agree to play on any park designated by the League and on dates and times scheduled by the League. League Entry and all other League Fees as required must be received by the League in full before any team may play in League games. In the event that a Club withdraws or fails to field a team the Entry Fee, and any other monies paid to the League by the Club may be forfeited to the League. New clubs or teams when accepted, are on probation for the first season.
