PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE - 2011

March 21, 2011

With the upcoming Season Kick Off fast approaching, we welcome the 33 Teams participating in all Four divisions, for the 2011 Season.

With the success of the Vancouver Whitecaps entry into Major League Soccer, & the introduction of BC Soccer Premier League, the future development of our game, has never looked better. Everyone involved in soccer is sharing in the excitement & the benefits of these events.

The PCSL in no exception, having served Senior Soccer successfully for over 75 years. We have experienced many changes.

Your Board of Directors are dedicated & committed to addressing the challenges that expansion & continuous growth bring. We thank the Leagues Member Clubs for their co-operation & support, in making our League successful.

The 2011 Schedules are available for all four Divisions. It is important that all Teams become conversant with the PCSL SCHEDULING POLICY.

The Leagues Directors Co-ordinators will be administering this policy. Clubs requesting changes to the published Schedule must submit their requests to the designated League Officials.

We wish to bring to all the Clubs attention that the Leagues RULES OF OPERATIION have been revised & updated, & the PCSL MINIMUM STANDARDS that address Club Operations, Uniforms, Grounds, & Home Club responsibilities, summarises the Minimum Standards expected by all Teams. It is important that Clubs maintain these league standards at all times.
